Terms and Condition

  • Boarding Point: Noah's Ark, RND Jetty, Dayanand Bandodkar Road, Panaji, Goa 403001.
  • The permissible age for entry to the casino floor is 21. Any guest under 21 will not be allowed access to the gaming floor.
  • A valid and original government photo id should be carried for verification before getting onboard. A passport is must for all international guests, and they will have to furnish the same upon request.
  • The dress code is formal or smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals are not permitted. • For call centre bookings done post-midnight (post 12:00 a.m.) for the same day, entry into the casino will only be permitted after 18:00 hrs.
  • Upon making a booking with us, you agree to receive communications via WhatsApp/SMS & e-mail. These communications may include details such as your voucher and other key information.
  • The cardholder's name should be on all debit and credit cards used for transactions at casinos, and the same shall be verified with the guest's authentic, government-issued identity proof that the guest must present at request.
  • Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.
  • International cards are not accepted.
  • The right to admission is reserved with the management.
  • Backpacks, laptop bags, and other bags of this size or a bigger size will not be allowed onboard. In cases where baggage must be stored, charges will be applicable as per bag size. The management's decision shall be final in this regard.
  • The availability of feeder boats is subject to weather and sea conditions. Management reserves the right to delay feeder boat service without prior notice in the best interest of the guest’s safety and comfort.
  • Photography and videography are prohibited on gaming floors and other restricted areas.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • A kirpan cannot be carried inside Kings Casino premises. Guests can use the locker facility at the security counter (charges apply) to secure their belongings.
  • People will not be allowed entry onboard to Kings Casino in an inebriated state.
  • Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are inebriated. People in an inebriated state onboard will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the management. The concerned guest will also be liable to pay a minimum of INR 1,000 for damage and cleaning charges to Kings Casino.
  • Management also reserves the right to remove individuals from Kings Casino in cases of unruly or disruptive behaviour.
  • Management reserves the right to close any deck or area in case of unfavourable weather conditions or private bookings.
  • No refund will be processed in the event of the unavailability of any deck due to a private function, weather conditions, or any other untoward situation.
  • Restaurant timings are 7:00 p.m. to 01:00 a.m. on weekdays and 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. on weekends.
  • Alcoholic beverages will be served at the restaurant till midnight 12:00 a.m. on weekdays and 1:00 a.m. on weekends
  • The seating time for a table at our restaurants is a maximum of 90 minutes. There is no table reservation system; it's subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, will be allowed onboard Kings Casino.
  • We provide nonstop feeder boat service to Kings Casino. Individuals using their own boats to reach the casinos must register for marine clearance seven days in advance. Personal boat clearance depends on marine regulations, weather, and other factors.
  • The above terms and conditions are subject to change per management's decision
  • No cancellations, refunds, or transfers of tickets in cases of no- shows or unutilized bookings


Return and Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings made through the call centre are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling or cancelling is prohibited within 24 hours of the scheduled visit date.
  • A one-time date change is allowed to reschedule the visit for a future date, with an applicable difference amount payable depending on the pricing at the time of revision. Request to be placed 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date of visit
  • If the pricing for the revised booking is a lesser amount than your original booking, the remainder is not payable to the guest.
  • Cancellations due to valid medical emergencies are subject to a full refund. However, the same will be addressed after verification of the submitted documents. No cancellations or refunds are allowed for bookings made for blackout dates or at special rates.

  • Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to purchase the original tickets or packages. Once a refund request is generated, it will be processed within ten working days.
  • The refund and cancellation policy is subject to change without notice. Management's decision shall remain final.
